The email address you used to sign in or order.
For an order: the name it was shipped to, roughly when you ordered, and the order confirmation email if you have it.
For a damaged or misprinted book: a photo of the problem.
For a gift: the gift code, or the email used to buy it.
For a problem in the app: what you were doing, and your phone or computer type. A screenshot helps a lot.
